Additionally, upon closing your account, access to all products and services associated with it will cease across all Neopets affiliated platforms worldwide. Once your account is closed, it becomes inaccessible to both you and other users, and restoration is not feasible. If you wish to resume ordering from us in the future or utilize website features that require an account, you will need to create a new account.

You may authorize an agent in writing or through a power of attorney document to make requests on your behalf. Before accepting a request from an agent, we will require proof of your authorization, and we may need you to verify your identity directly with us.


10. Privacy Policy addendum for Virginia residents

Under the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (“VCDPA”), residents of Virginia are entitled to certain rights concerning the data we have collected about them. This notice outlines how we collect, use, and share your Personal Data as a “Controller” under the VCDPA, and it explains your rights regarding your Personal Data, including sensitive personal data.
